 | When
informing us of your booking request by e-mail, fax, telephone or
letter,
please let us have your full address (Name, first name, street, zip
code,
town/city) for all occupants (and in the case of children, their ages)
as
well as the rental period desired. |
 | We
will then send you by return an open offer by e-mail (or if so
desired, by
fax or post), provided the period requested is still available. |
 | A
down-payment of 30% of the total rental price must then be transferred
to our
bank account within 7 days of the date of the offer. If the transfer
is made
within this time, the booking becomes legally effective. In making the
down-payment,
you are also accepting to abide by the terms of business. Transaction
cost for foreign payments shall be borne by the tenant. |
 | We
will send you a booking confirmation / invoice for the remaining
amount by
e-mail. |
 | The
remaining amount must be paid at the latest 6 weeks` prior to the
rental commencement.
The security deposit will be reimbursed one month after departure,
providing no damage has been made. Costs for foreign transactions
shall
be borne by the tenant. |
 | Once
the remaining amount has been received and approximately 2 weeks`
prior to
your date of arrival, you will receive by e-mail complete
documentation giving
all of the information you need, e.g. name and address of the local
caretaker,
address of the holiday home, details of how to get there). |
We
recommend that you read and observe the terms and conditions of rental
carefully, as well as the terms and conditions for booking and payment.
Any agreement between the tenant on the one side and Family Apostolopoulos
on the other side which changes, modifies or cancels these terms of rental
must be made in writing to have any validity.
Number of guest
The
total number of persons allowed in the villa and accompanying
ground area at any one time is restricted to the number of persons
scheduled and paid for. This number
includes children, no matter what their age. The only exception to this
condition is for one extra child under 2 years; if sleeping in a
baby crib at no extra charge. Should
a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for the
excess persons immediately, or vacate the villa without refund.
Cancellation policy
NO ARRIVAL - 100% of the total amount
0 –
90 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total amount
91 –
120 days prior to arrival - 80 % of the total amount
121 –
150 days prior to arrival - 50 % of the total amount
150
or more days prior to arrival - 30 % of the total amount
House substitution
If
as a result of a serious breakdown or failure in the house the owner
decide that it is not possible to honour the booking, the owner will
refund any moneys paid on unused rental. The tenant acknowledges that in
this event, the owner liability for damages will be limited to the amount
of unused rental calculated on a pro rata calculation of days unused.
Insurance
It is
strongly recommended that all tenants purchase adequate travel insurance,
and provide evidence of this to the company prior to paying the final
balance. The tenant, his companions and luggage are not insured for the
duration of their stay in the booked accommodation. The owner is not
liable for theft or damages caused to either the tenant, his companions or
their luggage. The owner cannot accept responsibility for injury to
tenants, their guests or third parties, or loss or damage to their
belongings, any car or its contents.
Smoking & Pets
Pets are not permitted. We respectfully request that no
smoking takes place within the home, as this may be offensive to
subsequent guests. The tenant is not allowed to remove any linen or towels
from the house. Beach towels are not provided.
Location of Jurisdiction
Due
to paying the rental deposit, the tenant accept these regulations. In case
that any terms of these regulations shall become void, this shall not be
of concern to the legal force of the remaining terms. The void terms shall
be replaced by sense-appropriate ones. Special requests, collateral
agreements and amendments require written confirmation.
Determination of the place of jurisdiction is governed by the EuGVÜ
(convention of 27th September 1968, governing the jurisdiction and
enforcement of judgements in civil and commercial matters. Last amended by
the Convention on Accession of 29th November 1996).
