The private holiday home Villa Oleander is laid on two
levels for
up to 6 - 8 people. It lies directly next to the sea and has a large garden covering
1,330 square metres. The villa was built in 1964 by an architect and has been continuously
modernised. The living quarters on the top floor cover 102 m2
and there is also 71 m2 of partially covered verandas. Looking
out from the spacious living-room/kitchen area, you have a fantastic
panorama view of the sea. The two bedrooms, each containing king-size beds
(180 cm wide), are situated on the garden side of the house. One bedroom has a Bed chair
for a third person. Hot water is provided
via a modern solar system. If you are visiting during a cooler period of
the year, each room has central heating in order to make your stay more
comfortable.
The rooms on the lower floor cover some 42 m2, with a
further 80 m2 of roofed terrace area. These rooms include a
kitchen, a WC, a lounge with three beds and a utility room with washing
machine. Air conditioning and a security alarm system are fitted in the
villa
Just twenty steps across the pebble beach separate you
from the sea. Our canoe is a big fun for every body.
